Overview: Join us for an evening of sacred self-care, holistic renewal, and spiritual release as we embrace the autumn season — a time of letting go, gratitude, and grounding. This 3-hour immersive experience combines gentle movement, meditation, detox support, emotional healing, and journaling designed to help you reset your mind, body, and spirit.
Program Outline (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
7:00 – 7:15 PM | Welcome & Sign-In
- Aromatherapy hand cleansing ritual (lavender & cedarwood blend)
- Sign-in and choose your autumn affirmation
- Light background music: Earth tones & flute meditation
7:15 – 7:35 PM | Opening Circle & Introduction
- Topic: “The Power of Self-Care During the Autumn Season”
- Understanding how fall energy supports release, forgiveness, and transformation
- Discussion: What are we releasing this season?
7:35 – 8:05 PM | Gentle Movement & Energy Activation
- Dry Brushing demonstration (lymphatic stimulation & detox support)
- Mini Jump Rope / Rebounding / Gentle Walking session (5 minutes each)
- Breathwork: “Inhale Peace, Exhale the Past”
8:05 – 8:25 PM | One-Day Detox & Cleansing Ritual
- Topic: “The Art of Simple Detoxing for the Autumn Body & Soul”
- Focus on autumn organs: Lungs, Large Intestine, and Skin
- Spiritual meaning: releasing grief, letting go, forgiveness, and surrender
- 5-Minute guided detox meditation and intention prayer
8:25 – 8:50 PM | Forgiveness & Release Ritual
- Writing exercise: “What am I ready to release?”
- Forgiveness prayer & affirmation:
“I release what no longer serves me. I forgive myself and others with grace and peace.” - Burning bowl or symbolic water release ceremony
8:50 – 9:15 PM | Gratitude & Affirmation Circle
- Create your I AM statements and Autumn Gratitude Journal Entry
- Sample affirmations:
- “I am grounded in love and light.”
- “I am releasing all that blocks my peace.”
- “I am preparing my soul for divine renewal.”
9:15 – 9:45 PM | Intention Setting & 3-Day Self-Care Fix
- Setting short-term self-care goals for 3 days
- How to stay consistent with simple rituals
- Topic: “Why Fall Is the Season for Realignment and Spiritual Preparation”
9:45 – 10:00 PM | Gratitude Journal & Closing Meditation
